How do I create an account?
Download the Benito app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit benito.im. You can sign up using your email address or Google account.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Send an email to privacy@benito.im from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will delete your account, all conversations, task data, uploaded files, and any other personal data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is my data safe?

Using the App
How do I start a new task?
Open Benito and describe what you need in the chat. You can be as specific or general as you'd like — Benito will ask follow-up questions if it needs more details before getting started.
How long does a task take?
It depends on complexity. Simple information searches may take just a few minutes, while tasks that involve coordinating with third parties (like hiring a provider or waiting for responses) may take hours or days. Benito keeps you updated on progress in real time.
Can I cancel a task in progress?
Yes. Simply tell Benito in the chat that you'd like to stop, and it will cease working on the task.
What happens if something goes wrong with a task?
Benito will notify you if it encounters an issue and suggest alternatives. If you need additional help, contact us at support@benito.im.

Technical Issues
The app isn't loading or working properly

I'm not receiving push notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for Benito in your device settings. On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Benito → Allow Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → Benito → Notifications. If they're enabled but you're still not receiving them, try signing out and back in.
